Tramsitzplatz / Tramway seat-cover

The Tramway seat-cover arose from the examination of our manners and their interaction with the physical objects surrounding us.
Offering one’s seat to elderly people on tramways is a very common manner around the world. However, lots of people don’t do it, and even signs can’t bring them to do so. The new Tramway seat-cover combines the private spaces of elderly people with the public spaces of mass transit, producing a bold dichotomy. It leads to a new interpretation of this manner and its re-imagining.
Would you stand up?
