Due to Taiwan’s geographical location, each area has its different climate pattern. Accompanied with the changes of the wind each season, further complicates the climatic changes. The little island is abundantly rich with different landscapes, and climate changes. However, when natural disasters such as typhoon, heavy rainfall and earthquakes strike.Currently the rescue transport is often limited by the environment and cannot effectively reach into the disaster struck area, to help with the rescue and transport of resources. Therefore the combination of existing transportation vehicle features, to achieve rapid respond in rescue.
