This design explores the importance of the hinge in a laptop. The Soft Laptop uses a silicone shell to encloses the entire setup. Half of the shell is embedded with the keyboard that can gently rolled up thanks to the flexibility of the silicone. The compact design makes it easy for user to use the laptop even in crowded public places or on the go. When not in use as a laptop, it can be transformed into a tablet by tucking the keyboard in the silicone shell so the keyboard becomes a comfortable handle for carrying the device around.
