Pablo Neruda / Artist book

Pablo Neruda
Pablo Neruda

The Chilean poet and author Pablo Neruda created his work "20
Poemas de Amor y una Canción Deseperada" as a tribute to love.
Dedicating itself to the same issue, this artistŽs book contains 11
large formated and expressive paintings on the subject of love
which were presented simultaneously in an art exposition.
For the poems themselves were developed various experimental typographys.
To achieve the greatest possible variety of shapes and texture, materials such as mayonnaise, ketchup, coffee, etc. were used in the potato- and linocutprint in experimental usage and result in conjunction in an additonal emotional appeal of the reader.
