Eating for health

As long as the food is cooked without blanching, even the light food can be still oily by the time lapse. Oily food impacts the health of people especially for the elders. By putting a removable thin sieve on the regular dish, the extra oils of the cooked food can be sieved and drained from the holes of our sieve and the users can avoid from gaining too much oils.
