The focus of this project was directed at the defibrillator, an essential piece of medical technology, and adapting it to work off of the power grid, be easily transportable and provide advanced features to be used by trained medical professionals. While this project mainly focuses on remote locations which lack a strong power infrastructure, it does not stop the product from being used anywhere in the world. The result is a dynamo assisted, portable, very adaptable design, unique in the field of medical devices. With minimal cranking time required, it opens up a world of potential for those in desperate need of medical assistance.
