Until now the preparation of the filigree molecular food was extremely time-consuming and needed a lot of experience.
Moléculaire is a CNC-food-printer for kitchen from professional to domestic. It autonomously prepares 2 and 3-dimensional parts of meals that were impossible to create by hand and makes the process repeatable.
Moléculaire undertakes the task of preparing and gives the chefs time to create. It works with a layer-by-layer printing process out of small particles from diverse food ingredients.
