This is a concept of individual climbing shoes. Everything starts with the process of 3D scanning the feet of the user into the computer. This exact copy is used to make a surface around the foot and to create the soft and the hard parts of the shoes. Some space can also be made inside the shoe for orthopedically and medical adjustment of the feet. The climbing shoes are printed in a two component 3D printing process so the hard and soft parts are created at the same time. Furthermore the surfaces have different wall thicknesses for more or less flexible areas of the shoe. The climbing shoes fit exactly and feel like a second skin.
