Discipline: Packaging

Most computer packaging is nondescript. The Litl experience begins with unboxing it, reflecting the brand ethos: simplicity, making sense, task focus, elegance, quality, minimalist functionality, and human-friendliness. Warm textures, and tones and recyclable paper (no plastics or foams) are used in contrast to the disposable look of "techy" packaging, underlining Litl's human orientation. The design makes environmental sense: it is its own shipping box. Eliminating boxes within boxes saves volume, reducing carbon footprint. Unboxing lets you discover illustrated cards, visually introducing Litl: no manuals or pamphlets. Two boxes can be reused as desktop containers.
