Since 2009 Deutsche Telekom has been presenting its solutions for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises under the standardized term of "Telekom Business Customers". The objective is to convey the benefits of the products for "Connected Work" from a user perspective. The Business Customer Center platform shows film scenarios of business products where employees of a fictional reference ("The Company") demonstrate the product benefits in practical use. Users can select scenarios presenting different application perspectives ranging from entrepreneurs to mobile workers. The content of the platform has been structured based on the real needs of the target group such as "Cost Optimization" or "Working Anywhere".
