kyrrd is the Icelandic word for silence. The exhibition showed 25 photographic landscape impressions of Iceland, structured into five topics. Simultaneously, a record was played with a recording of silence.
The exhibition catalog, limited to 500 copies for the Icelandic photo exhibition kyrrd by Cubeholic, allows viewers to experience silence (Icelandic kyrrð) both visually and acoustically. The box contains five record sleeves, each containing five landscape impressions and typography design for various concepts (the Icelandic words for silence, freedom, immortality, longing and awakening).
