Aquapak / mobile desalination-unit

Aquapak is a survival kit containing a desalation pump to produce drinking water in distress.

Because the equipment of most life rafts and boats is insufficient, Aquapak stores additional items to garantee to survive until getting rescued.

A waterproof case contains things like, a first-aid-kid, emergency rations, flares, a repair kit,..
After connecting the hoses the manual desalination pump is ready to use. The system in the inside is producing freshwater using a Aquaporin membrane, which could desalt up to 1l water in a minute.

Aquapak can be worn as a backback, so it wonŽt handicap while bailing-out, swimming or entering the life raft.
