Weaker memory and physical impairment often poses challenges to the elderly when finding their way in an unfamiliar areas. NAVI CANE is a navigation system for the elderly that ensures intuitive, convenient use. It is connected to a walking stick so that the user does not need to carry or take out a device to see it. It provides intuitive user interface for the elderly who often have difficulty operating an IT device. It uses voice recognition for destination setting. The LED light in the walking stick points to the direction the user should follow intuitively without any complicated operation process.
