Although the state of milk changed, it is always white. So, determining the current state of deterioration of the milk is not easy.
I focus on measuring the acid or alkaline degree.
Fresh milk maintains neutral pH(potential of Hydrogen). But, there is existed just only alkaline component in the course of being changed the state.
At present, there is existed various indicator for distinguishing between acid and alkaline. The safest method is cabbage indicator. It is extracted from natural source.
If you put this indicator in the transparent cap, you can observe the state of milk without opening its cap.
This cap will keep your health.
