In the rainy days, the waterspout form the bottom of Tao Di nourishes the ground around public seats, brews new life and environment and also solves the problem of the seats with ponding. At the same time, that makes that Tao Di is no longer a simple pubic seat, people yearn for nature and revive between you and me.
