Hand-clapping is a great way for the elderly to massage the acupuncture points on their hands. The exercise can improve blood circulation, strengthen arm muscles enhance the immunity system, and enliven various tissues and organs. Chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, low blood pressure and diabetes can all be improved through the simple exercise.

The “PAPA” gloves, named after the sounds people make when clapping hands, are designed to be cheeringly colorful. By having fun doing this mild exercise, senior users will not only regain health, but stay happy everyday!
