Root Bin / Trash Bin

Root Bin
Root Bin

Root Bin is a universal garbage classification bin. It classifies recyclable trash and landfill trash for people with good or limited sight. The Root Bin can be separated into two bins which have clear indications on the body as well as the handle, telling people which kind of trash should be thrown in. Magnets help the two to be easily attached together. Visually impaired people could tell the right bin by touching the Braille on the handle. When they’ve touched the Braille, they could let go. And the trash in their hands will drop right into the bin underneath.
