Salty Dount / salt shaker

Salty Dount
Salty Dount

Made to look like a tasty donut, this product brings to the consumer a simple and visually interesting way to monitor healthy salt intake. The holder and salt donut connect with a steel line. The steel line controls salt intake. When the consumer goes over the daily recommended allowance for salt, the line will block the donut so that then the user cannot dispense it from the holder. Use of the Salt Sentinel takes the guesswork out of monitoring salt intake. The daily recommended allowance is controlled by shaking. Each shake of the donut releases approximately 1mg. of salt. Therefore, consumers can easily keep track of their health.
