Rube / MP3 Player

Rube
Rube

Rube is a new way to look at music player industry. The current situation in the markets is that competiting companies bring out bigger and bigger storage in smaller size. Another trend in leisure electronics nowadays is the incomprehensible need to use touch screen in every single product that is produced.

Rube is a solution that questions the userfriendliness of conventional small and sleek buttons as well as of the new era touchscreens. Rube is based on the ingenious design of Rubik's cube that gives the user feedback of his actions right away. This means that Rube's "buttons" are rather twisted than pressed.
