Flottle / Flood rescue robot

Flottle is a robot for flood rescue.
This robot automatically searches trapped people and deliver them a rubber boat.
It can be used in case of severe flood.

[Using Scenario]
Once you turn on the Flottle and put in the water, it automatically searches for trapped people and the house.
It uses Location-based service to find houses in flood.
After arriving at the house, it uses gas to expand the rubber boat.
Then people can hop into the boat and can escape from the flooded house.
