Pressure of time and money have made cooking in office environments difficult. Mono is a kitchen concept, which, by being connected to an attendance concept and optimized to be less time-consuming, gives nutrition back its importance. Creating space within a space, its design makes it a center of attraction during lunchtime and a conference table for the rest of the day. Users can choose a recipe, of which the ingredients are delivered fresh & slightly prepared on the next day. The cooking process is simplified as much as possible, while still being healthy.
