Climate change leads to more dry and warmer seasons and boosts wildfires globally. Wildfire suppression operations require weeks of hard and dangerous work due to its tough conditions such as smoke, heat and rough terrain. Autonomous Fire Guard is designed to be used in the last phase of a forest fire suppression operation which is called mopping-up. It autonomously investigates the hot spots in the fire area and cools down these hot spots to finalize the operation faster, more efficiently, cheaper and most importantly safer for people. It is also capable of housing different tool modules for different tasks by the help of a universal base.
