The general pasta measure was not enough practical tool because it was simply used to measure the amount of pasta. I tried to make more useful and practical kitchenware, called ' Easy cut & Measure ' through developing the pasta measure with new functions: a function of indicating the right amount of food and cutting the food materials.
' Easy cut & Measure ' is also designed simply, easy, and safe to cut not only
pasta but also many other vegetables and fruit.
The rounded handle attached on the left side of the ' Easy cut & Measure '
enable you to control the knife to go up and down.
