Valaer / Airfilter

Wearing surgical masks in the public transport of a lot of world-cities, creates a distance between people in the society. There is no communication, no interaction, people live in their own world. The reason is obvious: people are afraid of pollution, to get infected or infect other people.

Valaer, an in-nose airfilter, works the same as a surgical mask, but allows interaction and communication. Based on the concept of in-ear plugs, the bio-plastic foam will form itself to the nose cavity, which makes it comfortable. The filter is reusable until it is black, and all materials used are bio-dissolvable.
