This is a tunnel for the blind. Some of blind people can feel strong light.
This tunnel can make the blind feel light and melody so that awaken their sensibility. The blind walk touching v-shaped strings located on center of tunnel without sticks.
As the length of strings shorter, tone will be high, and the light be stronger. While, as their length longer, conditions will be quite the contrary.
Strength of light is changed by the holes and gaps. As the position of holes is low, it can get near view, and the blind feel the strong light. Besides, gaps have them feel the strongest light.
