It looks similar to the normal climbing bag, but the bag for storage can be given up and the wounded can be fastened with the flexible straps on the shelf which is normally used to support the bag, when one person was be injured or intoxication or other no moving emergency. With the shelf’s help, the healthy person can carry the wounded on the back without using arms to hold his/her thighs to make him/her safe, and the released arms can hold climbing sticks to help moving faster and safer to the surgery.
