As the conventional traffic lights are seen by a single direction, we should identify the traffic lights in the opposite side of the road not the ones on the position where we stand. Thus, in the city with lots of lane on the road, it is not easy for those who have a poor sight to see the traffic lights on the opposite side of the road. For 360 Traffic Lights, shaped with cylinder and mounted with LED, the signal turns around 360° which allows the pedestrian to identify the traffic lights on the position where he/she is not the traffic lights on the opposite side of the road and then across the road.
