Long hours of using computer can lead to eye strain, shoulder pain and stiff joints. Therefore, we have designed a mouse that can keep track of time and remind users to take a rest or move their bodies. An energy-saving timer is attached to the front cord of the mouse so computer users can easily see it; at the end of the mouse is a light receiver that can tell if the mouse is being used. When the mouse is used, the light receiver will be covered by the users palm. When it cannot receive light, the timer will start counting time. The LED light on the timer will blink to remind the user to rest when the computer is used for an hour.
