The interactive kitchen concept consists of a centric worktop, which can serve as a table, with projected surroundings and real or holographic persons as well as the supporting holographic cook around. On the intelligent surface the user can set his individual workplace with heating- or cooling zones and trays or formed plates. These elements as well as water jumpers the user can position with a finger hint. Cooking happens in the swales (trays) or in extra bowls with magnetic stirrers. For flavoring different moss are used, which put forth at the main element of the table. After cooking the surface is cleaned with liquid nitrogen.
