General cutting board has some hygienic problems with directly touched on a kitchen counter, and using just one side for preparing many materials at same time. Both cases make a cutting board insanitary and food taste bad. Also when we keep the cutting board dry, we tend to put it against the wall with having a little moisture. It causes many harmful bacteria growing or even mold as well. In order to prevent these problems, 'Cleanliness Chopping Board' was designed to minimize the side not to touch the bottom directly and can use the cutting board as double-sides. Eco-friendly Poly Lactic Acid material was used for this board.
