Modular Shelter / temporary building

Modular Shelter
Modular Shelter

The entry is a work of a project named Emergency Housing which was initiated by Formens Hus in Hällefors, Sweden in 2008. The aim for it is to design a new generation of transitional housing solutions that provide safe and human dignifying living conditions for citizens who have lost their homes in natural disasters.

Modular Shelter includes 9 types of modules, instruction and tools to make sure it is easy to understand and build. With more modules, it could offer possibilities to build different houses, for instance, hospital, school, information office and church etc. People could also create different interiors as they wished.
