Human’s endless desires are driving these animals to extinction. To reflect this, the white dots on the animal’s skin are erased to present the messages animals want to deliver to human, and the disappearance of the patterns symbolizes the erased species, which brings up the concept of extinction. The message is, in a way, the animals’ silent protest.
