We usually feel inconvenience when we use a chopping board during cooking. Because it's a
little difficult to catch a chopping board by wet hand. 20˚Choppingboard makes easier to catch
that from a 20 degree angle. When you put ingredients chopped in a pot we have to do that by
using hand one by one. However, it is easy to put ingredients in a pot or a dish by using a bended part of a chopping board. you can remove moisture easily by leaning a chopping board on the wall after the using. you take a lot of conveniences from just 20˚angle.
