Everybit / Pot mat

The Chinese tradition believes that each grain in your dish is packed with sweat. Thus, every individual is asked to cherish every bit of the food in the dish. However, we often find it hard to take the left over with either spoons or chopsticks because the meal was too few to grab. We used to hold the bowl or dish in a certain angle so that we would be able to grab the concentrated meal in the corner.
