Re—think was a campaign dealing with the issue of E-waste. Electronic waste (e-waste) now makes up five percent of all municipal solid waste worldwide, nearly the same amount as all plastic packaging, but it is much more hazardous. In response to this, telematics technology was applied to publicize these issues on Google Earth in a new way of visualizing data. In particular, RFID technology (RFID Tag) was a very useful tool to gather data and transmit information on Google Earth. Thus, a new RFID tag was designed to gather data about the hazards involved. Then, this data is visualized on Google Earth in real-time.
