Customers consider donated goods dirty due to lack of trust toward donors. This system was designed to solve the problem. It consists of three parts; RFID tag, main devices (RFID reader, RFID writer). When people donate goods, they can record messages about their belongings by using main devices as a mic in the charity shop. Then, recorded data is transmitted to the tag on the RFID writer. The tag is attached to the product and displayed in the charity shop. When customers come to the shop, they can check information of donors and hear messages from them by reading the tag with RFID reader.
