The motivation for this work are the future challenges which the agricultural economic has to cope with. These challenges are the climatic change, the demographic change and decreasing resources.The technology of autonomous systems could be a possibility to handle these problems.

Co.boter is a multi-equipment carrier for viniculture. Its basic functions are the locomotion and the coordination of the tools which will be placed on it. Assembled with the particular tool it should be able to achieve every operation at the grapevine.

The robot moves along a steel cable track system above the grapevines.
