communication device for a hearing-impaired person by using morse code

A hearing-impaired person wants to be a close friend of a normal person
but it is difficult to communicate with each other
because the normal people doesn't generally konw sign language.
This product is desinged for making them communicate easily.
When the hearing-impaired person wears it, it converts the voice into vibration.
This vibration is such a morse code so the hearing-impaired person can understand
what the normal people say.
It also make it possible that the mose sign made by users tapping the device
can be converted into voice sign.
