When we are cooking, we will need many tools, such as like a kitchen knife, it can be used to cut and chop ingredients. But when we need to handle some harder ingredients for example: melons, frozen meat ... and so on, it could not be cut or chopped by one-hand. Therefore, we will use another hand to assist us to do that: We would put one hand on the knife back and put force on it. But such action can help us cut off those ingredients, but the narrow knife back will make a deep imprint on our hand.
