Ceramic products for preparation and consumption of healthy food, based on grilled, steam cooking and the possibility of normal baking of grains, masses, meats and others. Formed by 4 ceramic recipients: big and medium casseroles, small pan and frying-pan, and 4 accessories in inox: 3 vapor recipients and 1 grate. They can directly be taken from the stove to the table and this to the refrigerator without breaking or cracking either having exchange of containers, becoming the moment of the meal most practical, reducing the time in the kitchen. It has the concept of thermochromism increasing the emotional interaction between product and user.
