wannReach / shelf system,bookcase

The 'wannaReach' is a mobile & adjustable shelf system designed especially for the wheelchair user personal home use. The user is able to reach all the shelves independently, since the unit of shelves moves vertically by a remote control or a mechanical lever system. The unit comes with a maximum of seven shelves that can be easily manually adjusted. The shelf system's main support structure is attached to the wall. Wheelchair users need ample floor space for movement, therefore the it is designed using no floor space, and derived from the ergonomic needs of the user.
