svlt / Sign-voice-language translator

The visually-impaired and the hearing-impaired face a lot of difficulties. It is especially difficult for them to communicate with others every single day. It is not easy but it is not impossible. The visually-impaired rely on voice or braille, the hearing-impaired depend on sign-language or text. SVLT converts the voice into the text and the sign-language into the voice. It can help the visually-impaired communicate the hearing-impaired .
Even they feel free to share information with normal people who don't know sign language by using it.
