The Griff is an accessory for surgical procedures with a similar function of a conventional blade scalpel, but the cutting and coagulation are obtained through the passage of electrical current that heats the tip of the electrode. Developed based on the current health system of the developing countries that have a lack of public health resources, the Griff is reusable and easily sterilized, it is fully demountable and it supports multiple means of sterilization. The product presents four distinct modes of use, two types of cutting and two types of coagulation, without the need to replace any component, differentiating from its competitors.
