Dont be fooled by its size: K2 cuts like a full-fledged chefs knife. Its gently curved 12 cm blade follows the lines of a classic chefs knife for outstanding cutting qualities. At the same time, its compact size makes the K2 exceptionally easy to handle. The new K2 is designed for use on a cutting board. Vegetables or meat the little chefs knife cuts cleanly and precisely. The blade is thin ground according to our traditional methods and blue-glazed by hand to exceptional sharpness. It is available in three attractive handle variants: plum wood or the synthetic materials black POM and white acrylic.
