A completely unconventional concept was developed for the brand L & M: A cigarette which is focused on adult night owls. Several innovative features accentuate the design: the black soft pack which envisages the night-time atmosphere, a black colored high gloss logo on a matte black background underlined by an added highlight, as yet unprecedented in the tobacco market – the unique red metallised inner foil. As a holistic concept (exterior in shades of black plus red metallised inner foil) the brand design represents the glamour and ambience of the urban nightlife-scene – a statement and understatement at the same time.
