Many banks keep their clients in the dark about their own allowances. They hide due charges and commissions in the fine prints or do not repay so-called kickbacks.

To explain the banks common tricks to the clients, the agency created a booklet containing the most popular hide-and-seek games in private banking completed with instructions for bankers and a request asking the client to become a spoilsport.
