In 2008 Philips Design redesigned the Philips consumer website, creating a totally consumer-friendly solution which answers the shoppers needs at every step. The website allows easy navigation through the shopping process. An elimination tool allows specifying criteria so that you find the ideal product. A gallery is available for all products throughout the website and allows the visitor to explore each product in great depth. The site is engineered to provide a seamless experience globally. Since the redesign the number of website visitors went up to 90 million a year an increase of 36%.
