Annual report 2008

Stihl is driven by a passion for technology and for quality without compromise. The central theme of the report is “From concept to customer” and its dividing pages show staff through the value chain committed to this philosophy. The front and back cover also make a subtle reference to the slogan, with the former showing a plastic model drafting the “concept” which, on the back page, has found its way to the customer. The linear typography reflects the clear use of form in modern product design. The layout ensures that the report is lucid and accessible. The journalistic style of the dividing pages is a further winning feature.
