The Mercedes-Benz plant Mannheim is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2008. An internal communication campaign is accompanying the anniversary year, in order to strengthen motivation and emotional ties of the 10,000 Benz employees. The plant management would like to make its appreciation a true experience for everyone. In this context, an anniversary key visual is developed: seen from above the three plant areas have the shape of a heart. Under the slogan How much Benz is there in you?, the Benz employees tell unusual stories collected in the Benz book. Abbreviated versions are visible in the plant every day as brandings.
