Nova Master Plan consists in the creation of an urban complex evaluated as neighborhood, pushing the modern tradition of searching and reinterpreting new living environments to the demand of our times.

The project promotes the rethink of social housing complex, diversified on three essential concepts: clusters, horizontal housing and vertical housing, which respond clearly to the need program of contemporary life.
